Arrival and departure at Le Barralet campsite:

  • For the pitches, arrivals are from 2:00 p.m. and departure before 12:00 p.m.
  • For rentals, arrivals are from 3:00 p.m. and departure before 10:00 a.m., after the inventory has been carried out.

Please let us know the desired departure time (depending on remaining availability) at reception no later than the day before departure to carry out the inventory. For any late departure, an additional day will be charged.

 

Deposit for rentals in the Gard:

A deposit of 250 € will be requested to cover the costs of damage, broken or missing equipment. If no damage has been noted during the inventory and if the cleaning is impeccable, the deposit will be returned to you in full on your departure or returned in the event of departure outside reception opening hours. In case of cleaning not done or badly done the amount of 50€ which corresponds to the cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

 

Noise and safety in the campsite:

  • Users of the campsite are urged to avoid all noise and discussion that could disturb their neighbours.
  • The silence must be total between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on pain of exclusion from the campsite without notice or reimbursement of the missing nights.
  • Parents are responsible for their children, any damage to the campsite facilities (Games, Fences, toilets, etc.) will be the responsibility of its authors or of its parents for minors.
  • Charcoal or fire barbecues are strictly prohibited on the campsite, gas or electric barbecues or griddles are authorized.
  • No tents are allowed on the pitches of mobile home or chalet rentals

Although surveillance is assured, camp users are invited to take the usual precautions to avoid any theft or other inconvenience. The management of the campsite is not responsible in the event of theft or breakage, the camper retains responsibility for his own installation.

 

Circulation inside the campsite:

  • Vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h inside the campsite.
  • Vehicle traffic is prohibited when the barrier closes automatically from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

 

Swimming pool and paddling pool:

  • Only swimming trunks and tight-fitting boxers are authorized for swimming.
  • For children, the swimming pool and its access is the responsibility of the parents, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Diving, bombs and other jumps are prohibited on pain of exclusion from the pool.
  • Showering is mandatory before swimming.

 

Camping pool and paddling pool:

  • Access to the pool for children is under parental supervision.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Only swim briefs and tight-fitting boxers are permitted for swimming.
  • Diving, bombs and other jumps are prohibited on pain of expulsion from the pool.
  • Showering is mandatory before swimming.

 

Camping sanitary block:

  • Respect the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities.
  • Accompany children and do not let them play in or around the toilet block.

 

Keeping and appearance of facilities:

At Le Barralet campsite we practice selective sorting, please help us by respecting the sorting instructions.

  • Containers for glass, cardboard and paper are installed in the campsite car park, it is forbidden to throw garbage bags there.
  • Domestic waste, waste of any kind other than that intended for recycling must be put in closed garbage bags and thrown in the brown garbage cans next to the sorting columns.
  • The pitches must be clean during your stay, and after your departure.

 

Our animal friends:

  • Animals are accepted on the camp, but they must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • 2nd and 2nd category dogs are prohibited on the campsite.
  • Animals must be vaccinated and their health record up to date and present at reception on request.
  • Animals must be walked outside the land and its access to the river or the village for their natural needs.
  • Your pet’s droppings must be picked up by you.
