The ermitage of Collias (11.5km), this shaded family outing takes you to the Notre-Dame de Laval chapel. For the more sporty of our guests, they can do a loop back down the La Torte track, which provides a beautiful panoramic.
La Baume (14km) is emblematic of the Gardon Gorges; two loops are possible from Collias (4.5 hrs) or Sanilhac (2.5 hrs). The area is a favourite for swimmers. A shrine, the Baume has a beautiful mill.
The trail down from Sanilhac, reflects the old coalminers. Armed with a flashlight, if it is open you can cross the Baume tunnel without disturbing the bats.
The Pont du Gard (14km) is an easy family hike from which you can still see the Pont du Gard for free through the GR6.
